I’m sitting here with a new non-profit client and his organization credit card and can’t purchase EE for them because I keep getting told the site hasn’t processed their registration yet. Very embarrassing. I was also disallowed from contacting sales via the contact email link. Even more embarrassing.

Would someone please process drycreekcommunity so I can let my client get on with his day and I can get EE onto their site.

And you need to really consider another solution for purchasing if registration is not instantaneous. Not all of your customers are developers looking to be 24/7 on-call for EE clients. Some of us prefer to have the client handle their own annual EE renewals.

Registration is instant, but you have to confirm the link in the email. Sometimes spam filters can block that email.  In any case . . .

If you are having problems purchasing, please email directly at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) and include the expressionengine.com username you are trying to register under.

    Thank you =)

Sorry you’re having issues with the site. I’m not sure I understand what’s happening. How are you “disallowed” from sending an email to .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)? You open up an email client, put in the address, and send.

I’ve manually activated the account. Sometimes anti-spam/junk mail filters prevent the activation email from reaching its destination. If the email shows up, just delete it as the account is already active.

Normally it is instant. If there is an issue all it takes is an email to sales or a post on the forums to get it taken care of… in this case it took 9 minutes to resolve 😊
