As I have browsed several css design forums, as well as this forum, I have not seen a lot of sites that are product based sites. You know, a company that sells physical merchandise. Most of what I have seen are sites that are either a designer’s portfolio, churchs/organizations, or a company that sells only one or two services.
What are you all doing with sites that have many different tangible products for sale to keep them from looking like more than a styled table?

I like Varien’s commerce sites for design inspiration, particularly Elsewheres.
