Is it possible to post an entry without being a registered member?

I’m thinking about doing a classifieds site and I don’t want to require a user to become a member in order to post an ad.

I know the current system doesn’t allow it, but maybe there is a plugin/module or technique to allow this to work.

    Thanks,
    Ryan

Check this document out…  Your answer is in the pink box at the top.  There may be another way, but I’m not aware of it.

You may be interested in Jobs and Gigs.  It is built on EE.

You can set up a form to post to a moblog address, that would not require a registered member.  There have been other ways posted, such as hidden fields and login forms so that the person is logged on.  Some others may have input as well.

Would the hidden forms have some pre-designated user account (username and password filled in) that all unregistered users would post to?
