Someone has contacted me looking for a database solution for managing customer/client contact information for both email and regular mail.
I’ve worked with non-profits that used constituent management solutions that seem to me to be a bit like what she needs, but she’s a for-profit enterprise.
She needs to be able to put her clients into various categories and output by category and also by geographical location. She doesn’t want to redo her website at this time, so I don’t think EE is an appropriate solution for her.
Anyone know of an online tool that manages this sort of data?
