Looking for coding partner

    Ok, here’s the deal:

A while back I’ve launched a website that has gotten massive worldwide exposure (via Mashable) within the first few days. People seemed to like the concept, but at the same time they’re not sure what to make of it. Maybe because it’s too advanced to grasp? 😉
So I’m kinda sad to say the initial flood of users has reduced, but I still believe the concept has massive potential if you just know how to harness it.

I have been contacted by a few big players in the same field. Though it might be just some marketing talk, it sounded as if they saw the potential and were eager to cooperate.

I would like to take the site to the next step, but it’s just too big of a job to go at it alone, so I’m looking for a partner that is (very) good with CI and jQuery (for that web 2.0 icing on the cake). We will be dividing the work, so it’s not that you will be working FOR me; we’re equal partners. You also have to bring your own creativity, ideas and initiative. Don’t expect me to have to tell you what to do.

The only miniscule catch is that it’s not a paid gig (I’m not getting paid either). I also can’t promise it will ever generate income, but that is what I am/we will be working towards. So it’s a risk you have to be willing to take, and you have to dig the concept. Needless to say the cooperation will be based entirely on trust, so only reply if you know you can/want to accept the job. And I would like to see some references of the work you did. If you can live with the requirements, cool.

I’m based in the Netherlands myself, but it doesn’t matter where you are from.

    Hope someone replies!

PS: You gonna have to PM me for the domainname and the name of the players, but please do so only if you’re really, really interested.

Heh - I seem to subconsciously ignore PMs and stuff. Since it was on Mashable I’d think you’d be willing to give the few people here (compared to Mashable’s couple ten-thousand) the URL…

I’ll check my PMs though - I see the lil’ green flag. Thanks!

Wow, I got some fast replies. I think I have just the people I was hoping for, so this topic is sorta closed!

    But thanks for looking.
