Before using forums, there is a need to fill in preferences, one of which is the “Trigger Word”.  I am experiencing that when I try to put in a trigger word and set the preferences, I am told “The forum trigger word you submitted may only contain alpha-numeric characters, underscores, and dashes”

Except, it does only contain alpha characters (the word forums).

UPDATE:  Never mind….  I had too many words in the forum board short name…  duh!

Huh- that one wouldn’t have occurred to me!  Glad you got it figured out so quickly.

Yeah, I would note though, that the error produced when inputting preference settings isn’t correct in identifying the problem - it *should* tell you that you can only have one word in the forum board short name rather than pointing the user to the “trigger word”.  Perhaps this can be reported as a bug (albeit a minor one)
