I just had to do a Google search to refer someone to the EE video tutorials.
I know there’s a link to them in the sitemap, how about giving them their own button in the dropdown menu and a mention on the support page? ( http://expressionengine.com/support/ )
Just a suggestion mind you, but I feel many newcomers would find them more quickly and easier this way.

I’ve always gotten to them via the docs (User Guide) page.

Should be on the front page to be honest. People want reasons to try stuff so why not give some to them!?
