I’ve got a new client that is using engine hosting. he wants me to upgrade his EE install (it’s on 1.5.2)
Is there an automated way to upgrade the system using their control panel, or do I need to do it manually? I don’t mind, I just don’t know what they offer in this area

No, you would update it just like you would any other way; they don’t have any special tools that ExpressionEngine doesn’t have. 😉
