The localization settings put time to 12hour system. From where i can change this to 24hour? And from where i can change the date too to different format?

In forums and default settings is what im talking about now.
    Thanks

    Go to
CP Home ›  Admin ›  System Preferences ›  Localization Settings
and change United states to Europe.
    Does that solve it?

Nope. I think i need to check my forum templates now and search answer from there about the forum issue. I have done that european to be default to all members but they dont like it so i need to make it more “skandinavian”!

Here you can find more info aboud display date variables

    # %g - hour, 12-hour format without leading zeros (“1” to “12”)
    # %G - hour, 24-hour format without leading zeros (“0” to “23”)

I think you must edit your template to display the 24 format.
