I have been tasked in building a site that contains works by a number of artists, a static version of the site is in existance, but I am hoping to be able to replicate the site using ee which should make life easier when and if new sites are launched, the two questions I have at the moment are:
1. There are a number of artists each with a number of works, when you view the artists works there are links to other works he/she has produced, how would this relationship be made? and how could you determine which work you we viewing so not to display it in the other works menu? (example: http://www.virtualcollect.co.uk/work_07_01.html)
2. On the existing site is a method to vote for the work you like (http://www.virtualcollect.co.uk/my_selection.html) which uses an email form to send the results to the client (Please don’t vote!!), they would now like this automated in some way, my feelings would be a poll, would this be possible and also have the results on another page maybe just showing the top 10 works?
