We are planning to use EE for a non-profit client with very little tech expertise. I was hoping that we could leverage existing support materials rather than writing our own user-guide to get them started with the product.
I’ve taken a quick look through the online support materials and I haven’t seen much that specifically speaks to contributors. I don’t want to confuse the client by making them wade through the technical side of things. I want materials that just speak to content publishing.
Is there anything like this available? Does EE have context-sensitive or other built in help either out-of-the-box or as a plugin?
