Weblog shows only status="Open" by default, can I chance that?

I would love to have all my {exp:weblog:entries} show also entries with some other status than Open. I know I can chance that in every tag, but I don’t want to go through all my templates and weblog:entries tags. Is there some place to chance this?

This would be ideal for me: “don’t show Closed but show everything else”

    Hi Lerva,

Bad news? You will have to go through all of your templates.

Good news is that you can change the status=”” parameter to “not closed”

    Thanks butcher!

And damn :/ I think it would be great to have “Default status(es) shown in weblog:entries” in admin.

Thanks, the_butcher - that answer is spot on.  You could certainly add a feature request for that.  You could also use the find and replace utility, but make sure you have good backups first. =)

Yeah, I put feature request for this.

I still think search and replace should be able to handle that gracefully.

Yes, replace is good tool for this - I didn’t know that exists.

EDIT: Not so good after all. This conversation goes in other topic.

You can still do it, but I agree, regular expressions would be a welcome addition.
