The Stand Alone Entry form is defaulting to the main site when used with the multiple sites manager.

Is there a way around this?

Hi, Connie. My SAEF on my additional site is posting to the site I want it to.

Have you set the name of the weblog to be unique, or are you using the same weblog name on both sites?

Sorry, Sue.  Didn’t put the subject in the body of that post.  It is the upload link that is defaulting to the upload locations of the main site.  The fields and such are correct.  It is the upload link that is screwy.

    Oh, good lord!

I didn’t set them.  That’s why they’re not showing up.  It copied the default upload preferences from the main site.

    Mea culpa!

No worries. We’re all getting used to using the MSM. 😊

And, in case I haven’t made this clear.  MSM is WONDERFUL.  What a breeze.

And the person who added the “update and finished” button to the templates edit page deserves a medal.  Now I just have to train myself to press it!
