I am building an intranet and have restricted access to the intranet template to one Member Group. I am, however, concerned about some pdf files that can be accessed and downloaded through the Intranet.
I know that, by restricting access to the intranet template, only the Member Group would know the link to the pdf files (because the page with the links to the pdfs would only be displayed to the Member Group), but I am concerned that if somehow someone in the general public were to get a hold of the direct link to a pdf file they would still be able to download it.
How can I make sure that this can’t happen?
