form helper and EE error message

Hi
I am just trying to get form helper to work, which seems to be quite easy I manage to get my record up on screen. but when I hit update I get this message
```
Error

Unable to load the following language file:

/lang.file.php
```
I have just upgraded to 1.6 is this the problem, everything else seems to be working fine with EE or do I need to point form helper to this file

Sorry, a bit late: Make sure that the lang.file.php file is actually in your language directory.
