    Hi EE Team!

First, thanks for all of your past support!

Ok - I have site and future sites that will have multiple member types. The issue is there is only one EE custom member field list.

Right now I have a site with five member group types. We do not want to show each member group all of the fields and only a portion will apply to them.

    A) Is there way to code a page up and tag the entry form to the Member Group, then expose only the custom fields applied to this member group via hand coding the form or other technique?

A-1) Is there a way to have their registration form tied to a member-type, so we can tell who is apply for what type of membership?

    B) Has anyone created a plug-in or extra, so you can place the member registration forms inside of templates to get site continuity?

    C) Is there way to control the page that members land on after they fill out the membership form?

Any help here is really appreciated! Best, Tim

The short answer is- neither A nor B are possible ‘out of the box’- though there has been discussion of possible work arounds in ‘How to’.  (We can move this thread over there if you want to brainstorm some options.)

With regard to the return for the registration form- you can vary it by adding a hidden field to the template.  But it will default to the site index.
