Hi,
I’m looking at using EE for an upcoming project and it seems like a good fit. One requirement for the site is a photo gallery that allows visitors to “tag” photos with their own keywords and I was wondering if anyone could give me a brief explanation of if/how this would be possible with EE.
(Keep in mind I’m new to EE, (I normally use Code Igniter) and I’m just looking for direction.)

Solspace.com’s Tag Module extends support for tagging into the Gallery module. It has some really neat cross-referencing tools, as well. Tag 2.0 is currently in beta and the one with the gallery support, so you might like to keep an eye on that. You might be able to find out more information from Solspace’s site, as well. =)
