Update 2.8.1 to 2.9.2 - Update wizard stalled

May need a support ticket, but I wanted to check the forums first… First, we’re on an IIS server—I’ve checked the server requirements and all seems good. I’m running the update from 2.8.1 to 2.9.2 and everything simply stalls on the update wizard screen—no progress at all. There’s one error in the console:

Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS
```
Has anyone ever encountered this?

No luck as of yet, but we’re trying to get access to the server logs. As soon as we’re able to figure out something, I’ll be happy to post back what we’ve done…
