updating ee1 to ee2, error on ud_160.php about "exp_sites" table

Error when updating from ee1 to ee2

can test: http://coachinghealthcare.ch/_DEVTV/admin.php
I run wizard and get error (image here attached) on updates/ud_160.php

error comes from this line 71, according to error log:

$Q[] = $DB->insert_string('exp_sites',
          array('site_id'  => 1,
            'site_label' => $this->config['site_name'],
            'site_name'  => $this->create_short_name($this->config['site_name'])));
```
does it tell u sthing ?
