I’ve been using Expression Engine since pMachine days… And I’m sooooo frustrated that this issue has never been dealt with. It is confusing to my newbies and off-putting that fixing/modding them (when so deeply buried in code) it breaks the CP.
90% of us would like to be able to configure removal of these fields (Birthday, AOL, ICQ, YAHOO, MSN) so they are OUT of the My Account Profile in the CP. Need this fix now! These services are not relevant!
Could anyone please provide a replacement php page, that has the above fields totally removed..
Leaving just my own custom member fields would be great!
