Upgrading Revive Server causing EE 404 ?

If I attempt to upgrade Revive Adserver, I get a 404 when it goes to the upgrade page.

I direct to the site to site.com/revive and it redirects to site.com/revive/www/admin/install.php and then EE throws the EE 404.

Any idea on how to prevent that? I tried a couple htaccess tweaks to no avail although I’m no expert on .htaccess because I set it and forget it 90% of the time.

Hoping someone can help with this, similar issue still happening.

The cause is the htacess file index.php removal is removing it from
```
pagename-index.php
```
making the url
```
pagename-
```
which is causing 404’s.

I’m guessing there is an htaccess way to ignore removing index.php from items in that folder? Anyone happen to know it off hand?
