I’m trying to update from 2.5.5 to 2.9.0. I’ve followed the instructions here:

I’ve done updates a hundred times successfully.
When I try to load the initial Update Wizard page, all I see is a blank white page.
I’ve tried twice, tried it without the 3rd party plugins, and checked permissions.
What else could be causing this?
