I have recently come back to EE after a while away doing not very much. In that time I have done a complete re-install of my operating system, W7 Home Premium, and all of my software. The trouble is that I have forgotten how to set the properties/permission in config.php file to enable the new installation of EE on my “localhost” to go ahead. Can anyone jog my memory ? As usual it is probably something that is staring me in the face, but I can’t see it.
