Blank page on sync in some upload folders

I have an odd issue with EE2.9.0.
I’m trying to sync my files but some of those gives just a blank page.

I can upload images/files to those with no errors what so ever but sync just wont work.
With PHP5.5.14…

Permissions are set right etc. so im clueless why that doesnt work. Folders that has under 25 files gets synced just fine, but when they have 200+files or 40+files i get the blank page. No error messages, nothing.

Ideas how I could track down why this is happening?

EDIT: Could this be an PHP setting issue with max upload limit? Or something?
