    Hello.

Is there any idea or is this even possible to create without headache:
    - Main categories (location)
    - - Sub categories (event purpose, like: education: seminar ...etc)

So the entry page would look something like this:

    “hello word”
    - Location: some place.
    - Purpose: educational

I bet that needs some settings to be set to channel? How about channel:form, does it even is possible to user to pick up first the location, and then the purpose while filling out the form?

Or is there some other way to make this type of settings and that way that it is simple for user to fill out.

I need something that I can use to pull out as filtered. I need to get 2 blocks to main index that would show up events by location, and other by purpose. Dunno how I could do this the best/easiest way without any extra tweaking to codes.

    Thanks in advance.

Sounds like Relationships may be in order here, set up two extra channels (Locations and Purposes) then use a relationship field to assign values in the original channel. That would then enable you to display data in various ways.

Thats an idea. I was thinking that I could pull out pre-set search buttons to filter down results. Or something. Have to think this more… 😊
