I’m trying to upload a PDF file, but I get either:
A) file size is too big (it’s 7.9M)
or
B) “You don’t have permission to access /my-system-name/index.php on this server.”
The max file upload size is 20M and up until now, we have had no issues/permissions uploading files.

Update:
We’ve been able to upload a zip file that is bigger than the PDF that’s causing the problem.
