I’ve encountered a bizarre error when trying to edit entries in the CP. If I choose Content > Edit, or if I a Modify > Entry from the CP homepage i receive this error:
Fatal error: Class 'Search_model' not found in /[confidential]/system/codeigniter/system/core/Loader.php on line 225Any thoughts?

The edit function was operating correctly. Then, over time working with EE, the error started to show up.
I had to recopy the system files over, but the edit function appears to be working now.
Very odd bug, but is there any way a core file would be been edited by changes to the system?
