After upgrading to 2.7.1 I am getting this error on the site:
Error Number: 1054
Unknown column 'hash' in 'field list'
SELECT `hash`, `timestamp` FROM (`exp_developer_log`) ORDER BY `timestamp` asc
Filename: libraries/Logger.php
Line Number: 106I can get into the admin cp but not on the public site.
PLEASE HELP as my site is now offline

I have the same problem yesterday, installing 2.7.1 in localhost.
Go to phpmyadmin, add new column hash, char 32 in exp_developer_log works for me.

added the column to get rid of the error then did a manual upgrade

I thing my problem came because i install fresh 2.7.1 in localhost then restore 2.6.1 using backup pro.
Have no idea that it came from default upgrade 😊
