Total site/ftp/control pannel meltdown on sumbiting a new channel field

Trying to test out core with a http://www.enomcentral.com hosting. Database seems Ok, as site works (channels set up fine, as well as templates, add ons etc). All seems fine until I try and create a new channel field - then BAMB I get:

Forbidden

You do not have permission to access this document.
```
Then I can no longer log into the site, CP, use FTP. Have contacted enomcentral and they seem as confused as me. Have checked database is working, and it seems fine.

Anyone had this happen to them?
