I seem to be having a bit of a problem involving image uploads. Everything was working fine and my client ended up having to switch hosts due to his unworldly amount of traffic. Everything was switched over fine except we are experiencing issues with file uploads. All of the old images are still there and work but anytime he tries to upload a new image, it says “upload successful” and then the image just does not display.
When we tried to point the upload directly to the previous one (where the images still work, the “upload successful” with no image happens when we tried to use the new upload directory that I created when he had problems) it gives an error saying that the upload directory does not exist.
I have made sure that the path to the upload directly is correct numerous times but it still is having problems.
I hope this message was coherent for everyone. Thank you all in advance for any help you have!
Edit: Also, he just told me that when he tries to upload a file in the new directory, the image actually shows up on the server, it just does not display on the site. Thanks again.
