    Hi all,

I have just updated my EE installation from 2.7.0 to 2.7.1.
Now i run into some problems.

The site is running normally, and the database connection is working fine.

The strange problem that occurred is that when i log in on the control panel (as Superadmin).
I immediately get the “lightbox” pop-up that states that “Your session has expired.”
When i log-in or log-out and then log-in i keep getting that error.

It seems that the timeout session is somehow not working anymore.

Is their any fix or reset of those sessions?

    Thanks in advance,
    Steven

Replace the cp.php file with the one from 2.7. It’s not a tidy fix but it works!

Lots of issues with 2.7.1 it seems.

    Thanks!

I can login again! Even though i have the none javascript fallback login form still in the bottom of my screen.
Can it cause harm to operate with the cp.php switched?

    Thanks again!

Shouldn’t do. Hopefully EE come up with a proper patch soon.
