I have been using the edit alarm plugin (http://devot-ee.com/add-ons/edit-alarm) successfully for years, but upon my last upgrade, it no longer works for channel posts. I’ll see an alarm if two people are simultaneously editing a template, but not on channels entries (which is the most important thing for us). I’ve verified all my settings are correct. I know that you don’t offer support of third-party plugins, but I’m wondering if anyone else has run into this problem and, if so, what they did to remedy it. Alternatively, are there any other solutions out there?
