If I’m on a slow internet connection and browsing through the CodeIgnitor documentation, the monster fly-down table of contents stays open while the DOM loads, finally hiding itself once the document finishes loading. Can staff please make this hidden rather than visible by default so I can read the page while the rest of the document loads?
