Question about transferring licenses to another user

I purchased Expression Engine 2.x along with the Discussion Forums module some time ago. I was going to launch a website using it but this project kept getting delayed and then never happened.
I came across someone who wishes to launch a website using EE.  He has offered to buy it from me.  I have printouts of the invoice and license #‘s for both the EE 2.x and Discussion Forum module software. I also have downloaded the latest versions of each to a CD.  If I’m correct using these license #‘s and the software he can use this software since I have never installed and used it.
The main concern I have though is how he can then download future versions of each item.  I have my login information where I can view the invoices, license #‘s, and download the latest software but for privacy reasons I prefer not to give this to him.  Is there any way I can transfer the license to his name or some other way I can handle it so that the licenses are in his name and he’ll have his own login to get it in the future.
    Thanks!

Absolutely, markw10. Email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) with the information and they can handle the transfer so the license is transferred to the new owner’s own EllisLab.com account.
