I have template sidebars added as an embed include based on URL segments.
Is it possible to display in that kind of a sidebar anything from published content? For an example I will create sidebar channel and have there content related to a sidebar based on URL segments.

Yes, you can use channel entries tags anywhere on the site to pull content as needed. If these aren’t the main content of the page make sure you specify “dynamic=“no” as a parameter. And learn why..😉
