After having the cookie consent module installed, the cookies_allowed is set to “no” initially, but after a reload it’s being set to “yes” automatically. I want this cookie option only to be set after consent of the user (after clicking the {cookies_allowed_link}). Please help.

Discovered that adding the plugin cookie_decline sets the variable cookies_allowed.
Would like to use the decline though to be able to know if the user made a choice to allow a cookie or not (and to remove the question even if the user has selected to decline cookies).
