Hi - I’m pretty upset about the outrageously priced support plans. Although my company has built about 20 sites in EE and I’ve invested a lot in having developers learn it, I feel that charging so much for support of an already pricey product (pricey after you buy all the modules that should be considered core functionality) shows disdain for the user base. $49 per month and still 2 day response time? Come on. It’s hard enough getting my clients to agree to pay for EE rather than going with WordPress. Can someone tell me why I should feel good about continuing to invest time/energy/money developing in EE? Is there any other CMS I should look at?
