I need some help determining if it is a server issue or a EE/template issue. I don’t know what information to provide, but I don’t know what to do next.

Let me know what info to provide and I will get it to you. Very much need to get this figured out.

Pasting the template code would be a good start if that is possible.

If there are any custom queries then under Admin->System Administration->Output and Debugging->Display Output Profiler set to yes then take a look at all the queries and see if there is one taking 20 seconds.

from what I can tell its executing 164 queries in 0.0814s.

But taking 25.2164s total execution time.

Any plugins being used? Without seeing the template code your best bet would be to debug using ce-benchmark to see if you can identify the tag that is causing the problems:

I will take a look at that, figure out how it works and see if I can get any information from it.

I’m link the template code to this so that any of you can take a look and see if there’s something going on. From what I can tell, everything is executing quickly, but it’s like getting the request through is taking forever, if that makes sense. I’m basing this off of using the timeline when inspecting the page load with either Safari or Chrome.
