I’m new here, so I’m hoping someone will be able to assist me.
We’ve recently moved to ExpressionEngine 2.5.2 and are in the process of developing our new site. However, a strange issue has come where the Upload File function within Entries does not work at all. Essentially, a dialog box would pop up and we’d be able to upload the file, but now that window doesn’t appear at all.
It is still possible to upload files via the File Upload Manager, but it’s currently impossible to create new entries or edit existing entries where a file uploads is mandatory (so, for example, we have a Header Image channel with field type File, which is impossible to upload against).
I’m hoping someone will have some advice.
