When I try to upload an image with the File Manager, it says “Upload Successful”, but the image never makes it onto the server (see attached screenshot). The name of the file does appear in the list of files in the Upload Manager, however.
I’ve been moving this EE installation between servers, but have checked and rechecked my upload destination preferences in the config file, and can’t see anything wrong.
