I have a client who wants a shopping cart website, with alternate versions for the UK and Australia.
Essentially the only difference between the sites will be the pricing and currency.
Initially I thought about using MSM and sharing templates with a few tweaks, then point the ‘.com.au’ and ‘.co.uk’ domains to each site.
Then I realised the same information could be output using URL segments, such as ‘uk’ and ‘au’ and conditionals.
However I’m not sure how to handle the domain names, as they will be country specific.
Is there a way I can approach this using the URL segment method or should I stick with MSM?
