installation | admin.php results in internal server error 500

I’m trying out Windows Azure Websites.
I did an installation of the latest EE build and installed the default site-data into it.
I can see the demosite with no problems, but when i want to go to admin.php i see an Internal Server Error (500).
Anyone with some experiences installing EE on WAWS?

Hi jeroom,

I am sorry to hear about this! Welcome to ExpressionEngine and the forums!

Can you give me some details about the setup on the server?

Are you using IIS, or does it use apache? Is PHP running as a module, or CGI?

Any more information about how Windows Azure works would be helpful!
