I can’t get the native EE contact form or Solspace Freeform to work on my site. Contact form displays the form but doesn’t send. Tell-a-friend tag doesn’t even render a form. Freeform takes me to the http://www.domain-name/?ACT=27 after submitting.

The Communicate page works.

I’ve read a couple of posts about issues with Fasthosts but nothing about this.

Any ideas appreciated!

That’s a really odd issue.

First thing that comes to mind is whether or not you have an htaccess file in use. If you do, can I see the contents?

Can you also show me an example of the form tag you are using and the URL you are expecting?

I had similar problems with Fasthosts. In the end I had to ditch .htaccess and leave /index.php in the URL’s.

Have you got a full URL in the Freeform return= parameter?
