Is it possible to truncate the number of characters ingested through an {embed}?
{exp:trunchtml chars="50"}{embed='_include/_content-about'}{/exp:trunchtml}
Trying to do the above. I suspect it is a parsing order issue. Is there a solution?

Embeds are parsed last, so the truncation tag pair is parsing before the embed has returned anything. You’d have to move the truncation into the embed itself if you’re looking to truncate that content.
