Installation error on Windows Server (Solved)

    Sorry. newbie having issues getting the install off the ground. The ee_wizard shows all pre-req’s met but am getting the following error when running the installation.

    Your config.php file does not appear to have the proper file permissions. Please set the file permissions to 666 (or the equivalent write permissions for your server) on the following file: expressionengine/config/config.php

    I did not FTP the files to this server. I just did a network copy to a downloads folder then moved the file structure to the inetpub/webroot folder (/expeng253). I have set the security on files and folders based on the install instructions for the IIS_IUSERS account (assuming that the account Expression Engine will be using.

    Any guidance would be helpful as the windows instructions are lacking.

    NM… I found the solution in another post that was solved by the submitter. Both the IIS_IUSR and User accounts need the security access applied to them
