MSM Build on IIS 7.0 Server Extremely slow

I have no clue why, but within the last few days our EE build has been really slow. We are running EE 2.5.3 on IIS 7.0. It’s a MSM build and the other sites are fine. I’m sure this is fairly vague but I was just wondering if anyone has run into similar issues and has figured out why or where to start. I have done some template/output debugging and have not found anything out of the ordinary.

Here are the specs again:

EE 2.5.3
IIS 7.0
PHP 5.2.8
MySQL 5.1.31

Hi jzador,

So just to clarify, you’re running an MSM setup and only one of the Sites (within that MSM installation) is slow? All the others are still speedy? If that’s the case, then we know the problem is at least as narrow as that one site and its templates and add-ons.

Where are you experiencing the slow-downs? In the CP? On the front-end? More specifically where in those areas? Could you copy the template debugging output back here and let us see it?
