    Hi all,

I’m curious to hear what some folks here use for client wireframes. Please also let us know what type of websites you typically deal with. My business partner loves Axure, but I don’t think that would be the smartest choice for more basic sites (we still work with some $5-$10k basic content sites).

I’ve done some research, and these have all made my top list: Balsamiq, GoMockingbird, HotGloo.

Just want to see what you all prefer.

    Thanks.

I use Balsamiq both inside of Confluence for team stuff as well as their desktop version. I highly recommend it for basic to medium complexity layouts. The main issue I have with them is a lack of templates - the only way to carry common elements forward between wireframes is to duplicate the first wireframe. Then any global changes to the header/etc. need to be redone on each page. Sort of a pain, but for sites with less than 10 wireframes I would still use Balsamiq even given that missing feature.
