One of our site’s we’ve had live for a while recently had the edit screen of a single channel break. There is an attached screen shot of what I’m seeing. I’m also getting a broken image link that seems to be caused by a missing quotation mark. The path is: “/themes/cp_themes/default-basic/images/ 3Cdiv 20style=”

Within this channel we have 2 date fields, a wygwam field, and 2 text input fields

I’m also getting the following php errors:

I am sorry to hear you are running into this problem.

This is pretty bizarre. No changes recently?

So there is a bug here (also here) That sounds very much like what you are dealing with. It looks like this was fixed in later versions, but there is also a hot fix included in the bug report.

Can you give that a try? If that does not do it, I would like to login and look around.
