Folks:
Not sure if I’m missing something obvious.
On the View Members page of the CP we can sort by ID, Username, Screen Name, Email, Join Date, Last Visit, and Member Group. I’d like to be able to sort by a custom field that I created.
It would also be fine if I could just search for custom field information in the CP. Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to work either.
What are my options?

Really guys! Why no answer? It is absolutely absurd that this is not possible by now. What gives?
Can anyone recommend or build a plugin to have this ability available to us?
