Hi,
I have a Channel called team members.
I need to show only one record from the list of entries in this channel so gave limit=1 in exp tag.
This works fine. The problem is that i even want the EE to show any random record so gave
Orderby=“random”. But this does not work.
Any help on this will be appreciated, as i am new to EE.

Hi dari welcome to the forums!
Are you caching the template? If you are it will always use the latest cached version so won’t be dynamic, in which case you could use an uncached embed template to pull in the channel entry.

Hi Bluedreamer thanks for the reply.
I got it working. So whenever the page is refresh the content of the channel changes.
i have orderby=“random” limit=“1” and cache=“no”.
Other thing i was wondering if it is possible to automatically change channel data on the website without a refresh say after 30 sec.
